Personality Test
A while ago a friend sent me this link to a personality test based on Jung and Briggs Myers typology. I'm a sucker for all this stuff. The results really impressed me. I've never taken a personality test that I agreed with as much as this one. Seriously. I spent half the night reading everything they had written about my personality type. Of course not everything they said was completely right, but it was pretty close. Check it out. If you are so inclined, you can send me your results and I'll send you mine.

half baked cookie dough = gross
This month was my turn to bring refreshments to ward temple night. I was looking on thepioneerwoman.com for ideas and came across this awesome how to on easter eggs with antique leaf designs. Look it up, it's pretty cool.
This is what I came up with. Definitely not as good looking as theirs, but I was pretty happy with it. I wish you could see the cool designs left by the nylon. I like those more than the leaf.
After being sidetracked by all the leafy egg pictures, I finally decided on fruit pizza for refreshments that night. Two failed crusts and 4 hours later, I ran to the store to pick up stuff for banana splits. Those turned out beautifully. :)
Almost a week later and I still had everything I needed to make fruit pizza, so I tackled the cookie crust one more time. Turns out that my cooking tastes better if I don't follow the recipe. Maybe I'm a better cook than I thought!

Hold On Tight!!
So much is happening so fast! I have a feeling that the end of my lazy days working part time are drawing near. I had a interview with this adoption agency about a month ago. Well, a volunteer-but-then-we'll-hire-you-if-it-works-out interview. The whole process has been interesting. Anyway, they finally got my background check back so I can start volunteering tomorrow! Woot!
During the interview, the two ladies were discussing how much fun I would have doing the football camp this summer. "Yeah", I thought. "Helping out would be a lot of fun!" Let me clarify, they were talking about me being IN CHARGE of the football camp this summer. Kind of intense.. I'm going to do it though, so wish me luck! (and if anybody wants to volunteer, I'd love your help! It's for the kids...:) )
Also, I keep hearing about this Isaac guy with social work that I'm supposed to interview with. I didn't think it'd ever happen, but he called me today to set up an interview. I don't really know what to expect. Should I bring a resume? I'll figure it out.
So far, I really like everyone I've met. Even Isaac. From the entire 2 minutes we spent on the phone, he seems like a really cool, laid back guy. But the whole place is that way. They don't even have a dress code. I'm really excited!
Recap:
Volunteering at the agency Wednesday and probably Friday
Interview with Isaac Thursday
First Football Camp meeting Saturday
I've also started running...and my finger has mysteriously swollen to the size of a grape. gross.
